We hold a date free for 7 days, and always ask you first if someone else wants it.

30% deposit confirms
A 30% deposit to the company account confirms the date; the balance is due 7 days before.

Quotation, tax invoice, withholding tax
Quotations and tax invoices in your company's name; we accept withholding-tax certificates and corporate billing cycles.

Cancelling or moving
60+ days: 50% of the deposit back · 30–59 days: deposit kept · under 30 days: 75% due · one free date change within 6 months.
