Visit any day; we hold the date free for 7 days while you get approval.

Pay the deposit to the company account and meet your dedicated event manager.

Final details
Seven days before: confirm numbers, menu and running order, then pay the balance.

Asked before booking a venue
Do prices include VAT?
No — 7% VAT and a 10% service charge on food & drink are added. Your quote shows every line net.
Is there guest parking?
40 spaces in the building with 4 free hours when stamped; extra spaces are an add-on.
Can we bring outside catering?
All food comes from our kitchen and our halal partner — except cake, which you're welcome to bring.
What if it rains on a rooftop event?
Half the roof is covered and the 7th-floor room is held as a backup; we decide together four hours before.
Can events run late?
Until 23:00 at 15% of the evening room rate per hour; loud music stops at 22:30 by agreement with neighbours.
